National, sanctioned by SCCA Milwaukee Region as a "double
regional event." Two days, two sanction id's, two races. Do not

Spec Miata
Milwaukee Cup is a
"spectators welcome" semi-pro "Spec Miata
only" event held during SCCA Milwaukee Region’s Cat National at Road
America July 24-25 2004. The payouts, prizes and tire contingencies total
over thirty thousand ($30,000) dollars,
with support from Kumho, Hankook, Toyo, Mazda Motorsports, Advanced Auto
Sport, Sampson Communications and others.

We still have a few of the original 200 "Inaugural Spec
Miata Milwaukee Cup" T-shirts left.

Road America
consists of 14 "defined" turns and over 4.0 miles, including breath-taking
views and elevation changes and is considered one of the finest road
course venues in North America. Elkhart Lake is located in
South-Eastern Wisconsin, ~45 minutes North of Milwaukee and ~2 hours North
of Chicago. There are numerous shops, restaurants, hotels and resorts. And
while the Four Seasons is not on a list of places close by, the
Spa at Kohler
is.

8:00am mandatory drivers meeting - Spec Miata Paddock
9:15am Practice and Qualify
12:00pm - 1:00pm Lunch and Track Touring (1 hour) *
2:05pm - 3:05pm Milwaukee Cup Race #1 - 17 laps (approximately 50
minutes)
4:30pm - mandatory drivers meeting ($$$$$$$ RAFFLE $$$$$$$) - Spec

Sunday - Mazda Dealer Appreciation Day**

9:00 am mandatory drivers meeting - Spec Miata Paddock
Approximately 10:00am Milwaukee Cup FINAL Race - 17 laps (approximately 50
minutes)
12:00pm - 1:00pm Touring (1 hour)
1:15pm Spec Miata Milwaukee Cup Awards Ceremony - Spec Miata Paddock
The starting grid for the Sunday's race will be
determined by the finishing position from the prior day.

The tire selection is
limited to Toyo Proxes RA-1,
Kumho Victoracer V700
and Hankook Ventus
Z211.
All tires must be 205/50x15. |
Cash and Prizes
Each Spec Miata Milwaukee Cup participant will automatically be
entered into the raffle, which is going to be held on Saturday July 24th
2004 at the Spec Miata Corral, lower paddock, Road America.

This Raffle guarantees
that the bulk of the "goodies" will be distributed equally among all the
participants, regardless of their finishing positions.
